Products & Availability

We strive to ensure that all product information, descriptions, pricing, and images are accurate. However, occasional errors may occur. Product availability is subject to stock, and we reserve the right to discontinue or modify products without prior notice.

Pricing

• All prices displayed on our website are in UAE Dirhams (AED).
• Product prices are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT). The applicable VAT will be calculated and added to your order during the checkout process, in accordance with UAE regulations.
• Delivery charges, where applicable, will also be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
• Intercare Limited reserves the right to update product prices, promotions, and offers at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or amend the order after notifying the customer.

Orders

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or confirmation by our customer service team. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, product unavailability, suspected fraud, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery

We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring someone is available to receive the order.

Products should be inspected upon delivery. Any visible damage or shortages should be reported immediately before signing the delivery receipt.
