Any return or exchange of sold product/s should be done within seven (7) days from the date of Purchase or the date of receipt of Home Delivery.
Intercare Limited’s products are NON-REFUNDABLE after purchase. However, for Return and Exchange of product/s, the customer must visit any nearest Intercare Store in UAE (Sharjah/Dubai/Abu Dhabi) or Call Intercare Limited’s Helpline Number (+971 54 998 7658) or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
The return & exchange is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- The item must be in unused and unopened condition with all the original packaging material, accessories, and manuals.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Only regular-priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
- Service, delivery, and installation charges are non-refundable once performed and acknowledged by the Customer.
- The customer is to inspect the product/s PRIOR to signing the Proof of Delivery document before the delivery agent’s departure. Any product/s delivered, signed and/or accepted, and subsequently reported damaged or broken such claims will not qualify for return & exchange.
- The process can take up to four business days. Return/Exchange will be done only after the investigation/technical report.
- The Store Management will act as per the above policies and the Store Management’s decision will be treated as a final decision.
Acceptable Reasons for Return and Exchange
- Purchasing the wrong item.
- The product that doesn’t measure up to consumers’ expectations.
- The product was damaged or defective upon arrival.
- Wrong shipment by warehouse.
The product did not match the description (E.g.: product is depicted on the website is not matched in actual appearance).
